From booking to getting back to your room, here is what to expect at each stage.

  1. You book and share your location

  2. We confirm the pickup time

    You receive your pickup window, meeting point and driver contact on WhatsApp the day before.

  3. Meet the driver at the agreed point

    Be ready 10 minutes early. Drivers follow a schedule because other guests are on board.

  4. Drive out to the red dunes

    Roughly 45–70 min each way, with a short stop before the dunes where needed.

  5. Safari, camp and dinner

    Dune bashing, sunset photos, camel riding and sandboarding, then dinner and shows, depending on your package.

  6. Drop-off back at your hotel

    Return times are confirmed at booking.

Good to know in Sharjah

  • Expect an individually confirmed time. Sharjah pickups are set at booking, using the day’s expected border traffic.
  • Be ready early on weekdays. Commuting traffic between Sharjah and Dubai can add time. We may suggest an earlier pickup.
