    Send the hotel or building name, plus a Google Maps pin for apartments and holiday homes.

  2. 2. Receive your pickup time the day before

    We message your pickup window, meeting point and driver contact on WhatsApp.

  3. 3. Be at the lobby 10 minutes early

    Drivers collect several parties on a schedule, so being ready keeps the whole route on time.

  4. 4. Enjoy the safari, then ride back

    You are dropped back at the same place, or another address you gave us when booking.

Is hotel pickup included in the desert safari price?
Yes. Round-trip pickup and drop-off from hotels, apartments and holiday homes in our main Dubai pickup areas is included. If your location is outside the core zones, we tell you before you pay whether a transfer supplement applies.
What time will I be picked up?
Evening safari pickups generally fall between about 2:45 PM and 3:45 PM, depending on your area and the day’s sunset time. Your exact pickup time and meeting point are confirmed on WhatsApp the day before.
Can I be picked up from a private apartment or Airbnb?
Yes. Send the building name and a Google Maps pin. If the building has restricted vehicle access, the driver meets you at the nearest accessible entrance.
My hotel is not listed. Can you still collect me?
Probably. Send your hotel or building name on WhatsApp and we confirm availability and pickup time. Areas farther from the dunes may have an earlier pickup or a supplement.
Can I be picked up from one place and dropped at another?
In most cases yes, for example if you check out of one hotel and into another that evening. Tell us both locations when you book so we can plan the route.
How long is the drive to the desert?
Typically 45 to 90 minutes each way to the Lahbab red dunes, depending on where you start and the traffic. The table on this page shows an approximate time for each area.
What happens if I miss the pickup?
Message our team on WhatsApp immediately. Because other guests are in the vehicle, the driver cannot wait long, so contact us as early as possible and we will explain the options.
